Where are the apartments located?

In Krakow, we operate in two districts: Old Town and Debniki. Our main office is located at the Main Market Square, 2 St. Jana St. Apartments are located in different locations - the exact address is always given in the description.

What does the check-in look like?

Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m. Guests check-in independently using instructions with a code emailed to the email address provided at the time of booking.

At what time can I check in?

Check-in is possible from 3 pm, and check-out by 11:00 am.

Is smoking allowed in the apartments?

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all apartments, violation of this rule will result in a financial penalty of PLN 1000. Smoking is not prohibited on balconies or terraces, provided that the smoke does not penetrate into the apartment.

Can I come with my small dog?

Regardless of their breed, , or character, pets are not allowed in our apartments. We love animals, but our top priority is the safety of our guests, including those with allergies.

Do you provide parking?

We do not provide parking but we can recommend reliable, guarded parking lots in the vicinity of each apartment. In Cracow, on-street parking is paid from Monday through Saturday between 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, and the price depends on the zone.

How do I make a reservation?

There are 3 ways to make a reservation: through our website, by email, and by phone.

How can I get in touch with you?

The reception desk, which is located at 2 St. John Street, is open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. You can call or email us. From 18:00 to 9:00 there is an emergency line for registered guests.

Are there any additional costs to be added to the booking price?

The booking price is the total price, we do not charge any additional fees.

Can I pay at the reception desk?

Yes, within the opening hours of the reception and after prior agreement.

Can I get an invoice for the stay?

Yes. Please request an invoice and provide your tax ID number before payment, possibly at the time of booking.

Is there any discount for children?

According to our policy, the price of the apartment is determined by the number of guests, regardless of their age. We do not offer discounts based on the age of guests.

Can I request extra cleaning?

In the Feniks building at 2 St. John Street and 1 Pilsudski Street, we provide cleaning service upon guest request. In other locations for long bookings (4 or more nights), cleaning is included in the price.

Do you offer luggage storage?

Yes, we can store your luggage at the reception desk at 2 St. John Street from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Are towels provided in the apartment?

Of course. For each guest, we provide 2 premium-quality cotton towels embroidered with our logo.

Is there an iron in the apartment?

Yes, an iron and ironing board are provided in each apartment.

Is there a coffee maker in the apartment?

Sugar, instant coffee, ground coffee, tea, and salt are all provided in the apartments. The coffee maker and other equipment items are described in detail on each apartment’s page.
