The Phoenix Windowseat is a comfortable and spacious studio, from whose windows you can get a close-up view of the daily life of Krakow. Maintained in elegant shades of gold, beige and gray, it is the perfect base for exploring the city and its surroundings.

  • The studio is located on the 2nd floor of the townhouse. The living space has a 160 x 200 cm double bed, as well as a sofa bed designed for 1 person. The room also has a Smart TV and a desk. In the bathroom with a shower, our guests will also find a hair dryer, and in the kitchenette there are pots, tableware, cutlery, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. There is also an iron with ironing board, coffee, tea, sugar and salt at guests' disposal. We provide high quality linens and towels.
  • The Feniks townhouse, where the apartment is located, was built in 1932. The tenement has 2 elevators, all apartments are air-conditioned. We are located in the center of the beating heart of the city - the Main Square. You can walk there, within a 5-10 minute walking radius there are many streetcar and bus stops. The main train station is a 15-minute walk away.
  • The building is located in a restricted traffic zone. Driving and parking in the zone is allowed only with permission. We have one paid parking space available for our guests, reservations are required.

- We ask all guests to confirm the time of arrival with the reception,
- The building is located in the center of the city, where traffic and bustle can be heard,
- We do not have luggage storage in this building. You can store your luggage before check-in and after check-out at our reception desk at 2 St. John Street,
- Please note that check-in is done independently. All the necessary data to enter the apartment will be sent to you on the day of your arrival,
- Organizing any parties (especially bachelor/bachelorette parties) in the apartment or in the building is prohibited, smoking and keeping pets is strictly prohibited.
- Breakfast in the form of a voucher to be used at a nearby cafe for PLN 40.
