The Phoenix Lagoon is a true gem that is unrivaled among apartments in the entire Main Square. From the high windows of the apartment located on the corner of the building, you can admire the entire Market Square, the Cloth Hall, as well as St. Mary's Church. You can enjoy the extraordinary views from the comfortable window seats or from the big bed, if you feel like it.

  • The apartment has 1 bedroom with a bed, 200 x 200 cm. In the living space there is a sofa bed designed for 2 people, as well as an equipped kitchenette and a table with four chairs. The apartment has a bathroom with a shower.In the bathroom with a shower, our guests will also find a hair dryer, and in the kitchenette there are pots, tableware, cutlery, kettle, microwave. There is also a washing machine, as well as an iron with ironing board, coffee, tea, sugar and salt. We provide high quality linens and towels.
  • The Feniks townhouse, where the apartment is located, was built in 1932. The tenement has 2 elevators, all apartments are air-conditioned. We are located in the center of the beating heart of the city - the Main Square. You can walk there, within a 5-10 minute walking radius there are many streetcar and bus stops. The main train station is a 15-minute walk away.
  • The building is located in a restricted traffic zone. Driving and parking in the zone is allowed only with permission. We have one paid parking space available for our guests, reservations are required.

- The reception desk is located on the 3rd floor and is open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. You can store your luggage with us before check-in and after check-out

- Hold any parties (especially bachelor/bachelorette parties) in the apartment or in the building, smoking and pets are strictly prohibited.
