  • The apartment has 2 bedrooms: one with a 180 x 200 cm bed also has a Smart TV and an upholstered window seat with a side view of the Main Square, the other has 2 single beds. The living space has a kitchenette, a table with 4 chairs, a sofa and a second TV. In the bathroom, our guests will also find a walk-in shower and a free-standing bathtub suitable for use by 2 people, as well as a hairdryer, . In the kitchenette there are pots, tableware, cutlery, kettle, microwave. There is also a washing machine, as well as an iron with ironing board, coffee, tea, sugar and salt. We provide high quality linens and towels.
  • The Feniks townhouse, where the apartment is located, was built in 1932. The tenement has 2 elevators, all apartments are air-conditioned. We are located in the center of the beating heart of the city - the Main Square. You can walk there, within a 5-10 minute walking radius there are many streetcar and bus stops. The main train station is a 15-minute walk away.
  • The building is located in a restricted traffic zone. Driving and parking in the zone is allowed only with permission. We have one paid parking space available for our guests, reservations are required.
